When will I get my order?

Our normal processing times are 3 to 10 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Once an order has been despatched, please contact Royal Mail to resolve any issues. You should be able to track your order through Royal Mail tracking page.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order, provided it hasn't yet been despatched.

We charge £1.00 for admin of this.

Do you offer custom orders?

Unfortunately, we don't at the moment.

Do you have any discount codes / freebies?

Yes we do!

  • You can receive discount codes and money off if you sign up to our REWARDS programme and collect points every time you shop.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world from Reading, United Kingdom.

Your package will be sent via Royal Mail either through Standard mail (which is not tracked and can take up to 8 weeks) or Tracked mail (which takes up to 4 weeks).
