Do you have an Etsy shop?
Yes we do! You can visit our Etsy shop HERE.
When will I get my order?
Our normal processing times are 3 to 7 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once an order has been despatched, please contact Royal Mail to resolve any issues.
Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately we do not accept cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Do you do custom requests?
We sometimes accept custom orders depending on the size - however we are NOT currently accepting any custom requests!!!
As a general rule, we charge extra £2.50 per 1 designed page on top of regular costs.
Do you punch inserts?
Yes, you can choose whether you want your inserts punched for a 6 ring planner or unpunched completely.
Do you have any discount codes / freebies?
- You can receive discount codes and money off if you sign up to our REWARDS programme and collect points every time you shop.
- You can also receive a discount code if you REFER A FRIEND.
- We participate in general holiday sales a few times a year, so keep an eye out (or subscribe to our newsletter which will inform you of an upcoming sale in advance).
