Meet the Owner

I'm originally from the Czech Republic, a place of beautiful countryside, lots of beer and fairytale castles. I moved to the UK in 2008 to study and after all this time, I am also a British citizen.

I'm a qualified accountant and work for a catering company as a Head of Finance. While I love my job, I have also nurtured a deep love for entrepreneurship.

I'm a self proclaimed foodie and in my downtime, you can often find me curled up with a romance novel, attending live music concerts or horse riding.

Our Story so Far

Est. 2018

I started my business halfway through 2018. I was at a job I hated, I didn't have any hobbies I actually liked and my mental health wasn't in the best state either. I've always been a super organised person, but when I stumbled upon the planner community on Etsy, I felt inspired and discovered a real passion for planning! I wanted to create planners that are functional yet elegant looking.


It's now been a couple of years and I still love it as much as I did at the beginning. My shop gives me purpose and happiness, especially when I get your glowing reviews on my products! It also helps me stay organised and finally on top of my life. I design everything on my own in my little flat in Reading, UK :)

Where does the name come from?

The Squizzleberry name is actually a nickname that my ex-boyfriend used for me. He has given me about 100 nicknames but I felt that this one was the best to use as it represents me & my personality so well.
